One

Price Point

Home valuation is the most important part of selling your home. Remember, something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. It is impetrative then that we do our homework. By conducting a Comparative Market Analysis I will be able to objectively determine how your home compares to similar homes that have sold, in your area, in recent times. Making the necessary plus/minus calculations comparing home features will allow us to arrive at a fair and accurate asking price.

Two

Marketing

Now that we have determined what your home is worth, it’s time to get it on the market. How many people are aware that your house is for sale? Properly marketing your home goes far beyond putting a sign in the lawn. We will need to access and utilize both high-tech and low-tech methods. High-tech methods include social networking sites, MLS and agent/ brokerage websites. Low-tech methods include advertising in local newspapers and a more hands on approach including mail-outs in your neighborhood, contacting local brokerages and notifying active realtors in your area.
